1. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders incur an additional charge of ₹150 (non-refundable in case of returns).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high-demand seasons (festivals, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability and serviceability.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track the shipment status until delivery.

5. Serviceability

  • Delivery is available across most pin codes in India.
  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for an alternative solution.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • House of Harki is not liable for such delays.
