Refund policy

Refund and Return

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases :

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size issue (exchange only)
  • Conditions:
    • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • Not eligible:
    • Customized or altered items
    • Sale or clearance items


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after product passes quality check:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection

  • COD Orders: Refund via store credit or bank transfer (COD fee ₹150 is non-refundable)

 

Cancellation Process

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not shipped
  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible — return process will apply
