Refund and Return
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases :
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size issue (exchange only)

Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Not eligible:
- Customized or altered items
- Sale or clearance items
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after product passes quality check:

Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection
- COD Orders: Refund via store credit or bank transfer (COD fee ₹150 is non-refundable)
Cancellation Process
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not shipped
- After shipment, cancellation is not possible — return process will apply
